Don't stay. Ever.

Room was in horrible condition and filthiness worse than labor camps with bed bugs and cockraches. Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful when asked about it and ignore our question.

The carpets grass full of moths & insects & bed bugs. ??

in booking.com website, the photos shows like in room in good shape and clean. But actually it not.

no tv working, floor laid with cheap rubber grass carpet, water seepage inside room wall, noise from corridor and next room can hear inside room.

Room rate is acceptable.. Cannot expect more.. stayed for a short while only as I need room to rest and pray

At least provide us with some mineral water

Bed is ok, bathroom is clean

Wall paint was dirty, wall paper was broken, door looks fragile, room got ants, light was insufficient , but when i check on the room next to me, it was very clean and tidy

I done booking in booking.com, when I reach hotel and ask for check in, the reception tell me the hotel fully booking of my room that I book. when I reach already 9pm, then the reception call the boos , the boss ask me to add some money to upgrade my room, but no value of it , the room that I add money is same that I book online and aircorn is no cool, the floor are not clean , the TV is no function , there is not hot shower, no lift. the floor given is 4th floor, hard to climb

Nothing. TV not working, chair is broken, room stink. I went to check in into another hotel within an hour there.

Weird hotel rules. Cant check in after 10pm. Was given low grade room & need to add extra money.

Bed was unstable and on the silling have the water licking. Room sound proof system is low and we can heard alot of noise and shouting at the midnight.

place was so dirty. family room claimed 2 queen beds but only super single beds were provided. there were stains on bedsheet and pillow case. beds and even chair had marks of bug holes. it was scary plus an unwritten rule here... if u do reservation online the room will only be ready after 2 hrs from booking. i needed a place to crash for few hours but in the end it was too scary to stay in that bug invested room please remove from your partners please!!
